No returns or exchanges
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If you are wanting to return a custom product; I cannot accept returns on products already used. I would just have to throw these out because I cannot resell them. Thank you for understanding. In order to refund you for any damages that may happen in route to you; I will need to see a picture of the damaged product or return of the item damaged. For this who wish to cancel an order, you need to notify me the same day, especially for customized items. I am very quick to get your order together & start on it right away.
I ship flat rate priority usually, or for smaller items, first class.
Please make sure your current address is the one going on the invoice because I ship to this address when printing my labels off.
